Sinopsis:
Es una historia dramática en la que un hombre debe superar una profunda y persistente conspiración para alcanzar la redención que él desea. Steven Luisi (Tom Berenger), un otrora prominente abogado de defensa criminal, está tratando de volver a la profesión luego de una tragedia familiar, y una lu
cha personal con la adicción a las drogas. En su vuelta a los tribunales, Steven tropieza con un complejo y sonado caso de homicidio que involucra a Richard “Last.fm” Allen (Sticky Fingaz), un ex-atleta vuelto miembro de banda, que finalmente lo llevará por un camino en el se enfrentará cara a cara con sus propios demonios.
Ambos traban una relación de amistad instantánea, juntos buscan revelar la verdad, y obtener justicia, tanto en el tribunal como en la calle. Steven y Allen estarán cara a cara con los asesinos de Bowen (Busta Rhymes), un vicioso líder de banda y vendedor de drogas. Steven, con la ayuda de Allen, descubrirá profundas conexiones entre Bowen, él mismo, y un departamento de policía corrupto; el abogado sabrá más acerca dela verdad, y sobre sí mismo. Allen y Steven descubrirán que tienen una misión común: la búsqueda de redención.
